Pain

I don't know where to put all this anger and sadness and rage!!!! I want to scream and punch and kick but don't have the energy and I am not aggressive by nature ... I just want this pain to go away, this soul-destroying pain

    Just not sure what to say besides i know i lost and feel broken , I just need to find a way out of this awful feeling ....
